I'm Brogan, an Intrinsic Biomechanics and joint pain specialist working with active women who are done with temporary fixes to their pain.

My own experience with chronic back pain is what led me to intrinsic biomechanics, and it completely changed how I understand the body. I trained specifically because I wanted to offer women what I'd spent years looking for: a precise, evidence-informed approach that actually addresses the root cause of pain, not just the symptoms.
